B.Witching Bath Co. Wholesale Policies
Order Minimum & Case Packs: Our minimum wholesale opening order is $200.00 / reorders are $150.00 plus all shipping charges. Our products are sold by the case pack. Prices subject to change with-out prior notice.
Establishing an Account: To establish a wholesale account with our company you may need to go through an approval process, which includes providing us with completed account application, a copy of your state business resale license and placing your first order. We reserve the right to reject any order and discontinue a wholesale relationship at our discretion.
Shipping & Handling: Orders are shipped ASAP within two weeks, unless otherwise discussed. Seasonal order influxes may impact processing time. Our products are shipped via UPS Ground or a Private Transportation Company. When your order is entered into our system an authorization is made to your card including the shipping expense. Special delivery or pick-up options can be arranged, please call us to discuss.
Cancellations & Changes: Order cancellations and changes must be made in writing by sending an email directly to [email protected]. It is best to notify us as soon as possible and every effort will be made to change your order before it leaves our warehouse.
Returns & Exchanges: Please inspect your shipment with-in 25 days of delivery. With-in this 25 day period, if you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you are welcome to return the items and the B.Witching Bath Co. will exchange your purchase or refund your money (less shipping expenses). Returned merchandise maybe subject to a 10% restocking fee. The items must be returned to us in the original shipping box, unused and undamaged. All returns should be shipped to our Wholesale Show Room: B. Witching Bath Co. BWBC - 174 Lincoln Ave. Hawthorne, NJ 07506. For your protection, please use an insured carrier and retain your receipt. We are not responsible for return shipping fees or lost returns.
Damages: Please inspect your shipment with-in 15 days of delivery. If you receive damaged items please call us as soon as possible for a replacement. We may ask for photos of damages, this is helpful for filing a damage claim with our shipper. After the 15 day inspection period the recipient is completely responsible for the condition of the delivered products.
Shelf Talkers & Marketing Materials: Every new account order includes
a zip-lock package that includes, hang tags, full 8 1/2 by 11 shelf
talkers and media images for framing and displaying in your store. We
encourage you to display this material with your product display. You are welcome to request an addition packet or print copies at your location. Access POP tools HERE
Billing & Security: We accept the following Credit Cards: American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa. Your credit card will be authorized once your order has been placed and your account will be billed when the order ships. We have entrusted Authorize.Net with the handling of our secure payment processing so that your information is always protected.
Territory Protection: We reserve the right to protect areas within one (1) mile of active retail partners. B.Witching cannot guarantee all territory protection but will research proximity to existing customers with each new inquiry to the best of our ability. For an account to remain active and it's territory protected, yearly orders must total a minimum of $1,000. Partners with no account activity within a one-year period may be closed and subject to re-application and opening order minimums. We reserve the right to sell to another retail partner if terms are not met. Typically an account that has yearly orders of $1,000 will receive 1 mile of territory protection and an account that has $10,000 in yearly orders will be extended 10 miles of territory protection.
Minimum Advertised Price Requirements: "MAP Pricing" B.Witching products may not be advertised at a price less than B.Witching's suggested retail price (MSRP), which is equal to keystone markup of our current wholesale list price, hereinafter referred to as “MAP.” Retailers are responsible for staying current with pricing and to review the B.Witching Bath Co. website www.bwitchingbathco.com in order to determine current MAP. For purposes of this Policy, an “advertisement” shall include any print or electronic media of any kind, including, but not limited to, all website pages and banners, social media, emails, blogs, newspapers, magazines, flyers, brochures, posters, postcards, coupons, catalogs, signage visible from inside or outside a retailer’s premises, billboards, television, radio ads, and other marketing or promotional materials.
Use of Products: All products are for external use only. Most of our products are solely intended for adult usage. Please exercise good judgment. In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Some of our products contain a small plastic toy, please advise that these products are not to be given to children under three years of age.
Safe Sale Guarantee: If you ordered within 24 hours before a flash sale or a not yet announced surprise sale, simply email or call us and request a safe sale price adjustment reflecting the sale price of the products purchased at regular price. Safe Sale adjustments are equal to the difference in price paid and the advertised sale price. We understand how frustrating it is to make a purchase only to see that
some of the products go on sale the very next day.
Storage & Displaying Products: When you receive your shipment, we recommend that you store your products in a cool dry environment. Do not store the products in a hot storage room or display any of the products in direct sunlight. Sun can fade colors and cause natural essential oils to deepen in color or change yellow. In keeping with our natural focus, we do not add a UV inhibitor to our formulas. Before displaying your products, remember to remove ALL packing tape and attach any applicable hang tags.
Private Labeling & Ingredients: Our products are labeled with our
signature packaging as designed. We do not offer alternative or private
labeling services. If we find that a reseller has removed our label and
replaced it with an alternate, we will bring legal action. Our products
are uniquely formulated with wholesome natural ingredients and
fragrances, this may result in slight variations in batches.
By purchasing products at wholesale prices you will be entering into a wholesale relationship with the B.Witching Bath Co., and you acknowledge that you have read and agree with all terms and conditions. Please print a copy for your records.
