Text Box: Wholesale Policies 1. Order Minimum and Case Packs: Our minimum wholesale order is $200.00 plus all shipping charges. Our products are sold by the case pack, with 6 pieces in each pack. If shown with a (6 pack+T) symbol the pack includes a free tester. Prices subject to change with-out prior notice. 2. Establishing an Account: To establish a wholesale relationship with our company you may need to go through an approval process, which includes providing us with a description of your business, and faxing us a copy of your state business resale license for our files. We reserve the right to reject any order and discontinue a  wholesale relationship at our discretion. 4. Labeling & Ingredients: Our products are labeled with our signature packaging as designed. We do not offer alternative or private labeling services.  If we find that a reseller has removed our label and replaced it with an alternate, we will bring legal action. Our products are uniquely formulated with wholesome ingredients and fragrances inspired by our Great-Grandma Bruce’s time-tested herbal recipes. Since we use natural ingredients, this may result in slight variations in batches. 5. Shipping and Handling:  Orders are shipped within three weeks, unless otherwise discussed. Our products are shipped via UPS Ground or a Private Transportation Company.  When your order is entered into our system an authorization is made to your card including the estimated maximum shipping expense. However, you are only charged for actual shipping. The actual shipping costs will be calculated and applied to your bill, when it ships. Special delivery or pick-up options can be arranged, please call us to discuss. All orders are charged a small packing and handling fee of $5.00. 6. Refunds and Exchanges:  If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, the B.Witching Bath Co. will exchange your purchase or refund your money.  The items must be returned to us within 15 days in the original shipping box, unused and undamaged.  We want you to be satisfied so please call our wholesale service department at 973-423-1820 to discuss the return process as soon as possible.  All returned merchandise should be shipped to our Wholesale Show Room: B. Witching Bath Co. BWBC - 174 Lincoln Ave. Hawthorne, NJ 07506. For your protection, please use an insured carrier and retain your receipt.  We are not responsible for lost returns. If you receive damaged items please call our wholesale department as soon as possible for a replacement. After the 15 day inspection period the recipient is completely responsible for the condition of the delivered products.  We do not give credits for unsold merchandise nor will we accept returns. 7. Billing and Security: We accept the following Credit Cards: American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa. Your credit card will be authorized once your order has been placed and your account will be billed when the order ships.. We have entrusted Authorize.Net with the handling of our secure payment processing so that your information is always protected.  8. Use of Products:  All products are for external use only.  Most of our products are solely intended for adult usage. Please exercise good judgment.  In case of eye contact, rinse thoroughly with water. Some of our products contain a small plastic toy, please advise that these products are not to be given to children under three years of age. 9. Storage and Displaying Products:  When you receive your shipment, we recommend that you store your products in a cool dry environment. Do not store the products in a hot storage room or display any of the products in direct sunlight. Sun can fade colors and cause natural essential oils to deepen in color or change yellow. In keeping with our natural focus, we do not add a UV absorber to our formulas.  Before displaying your products, remember to remove ALL packing tape and attach the provided hang tags to your bottles. This will help with sell thru. 10. Shelf Talkers and Marketing Materials: Every order we send out includes a zip-lock bagged package that will include, hangtags, full 8 1/2 by 11 shelf talkers for framing and displaying in your store. Along with recent media images and our Celebrity Fan club page. We encourage you to display this material with your product display. Please contact us if you need more images. 11. Privacy and Confidentiality:  Any information we collect from our clients is solely intended to provide better service. The protection of your privacy and trade secrets is VERY important to us, which is why our  wholesale policies include the following Confidentiality Agreement: The B.Witching Bath Co. and the Wholesale client own or possess confidential propriety information and know-how relating to certain scientific formulas and business matters. During the course of the business relationship between the parties, it may be necessary for the B.Witching Bath Co. and the Wholesale Client to disclose to each other certain technical and trade secret information which either party may regard as propriety and of a confidential nature.  In entering into a wholesale relationship both parties agree to the following: Each shall maintain in confidence all confidential information received, and each party agrees not to disclose this information to third parties without prior consent of the other. Both agree not to make use of the confidential information received, other than in relation to work which may be done under agreement between the parties. Each party shall maintain the same standard of care in protecting the other parties confidential information as it normally takes to preserve and safeguard it’s own propriety and confidential information.   12. The B.Witching Bath Co. By purchasing products at wholesale prices you will be entering into a wholesale relationship with the B.Witching Bath Co., and you acknowledge that you have read and agree with all of the policies above. Please note that the Regular Shipping amount quoted by our ordering system is a  MAXIMUM ESTIMATE. Your account will be billed for ACTUAL SHIPPING CHARGES ONLY!  For shipments being delivered to the East Coast, shipping charges are substantially cheaper then the quoted amount.  You will find the correct shipping charges reflected on your credit card statement or the PO statement provided.
